Slow Morning Flow
30 Day Challenge, Week Five

Morning flows have a different vibe! Our bodies have been sedentary for quite a few hours (hopefully!) and things need to get juiced up. I find the best way to do this is with a mindful practice that also brings some heat but at a slower, more purposeful pace. If you decide to do this morning flow in the am, listen to what's going on in your body and instead of avoiding it completely, see if you can create some more stability and spaciousness so that you can carry that fluidity into the rest of your day! Enjoy!
You'll need a couple blocks and optional blanket for squat at the end.
