The reason I'm including this class in Restore Your Pelvic Floor is because all the nerves that innervate down into the pelvis, legs and feet START in the low back. So if you hold tension there then that can create issues down the chain.
This class is appropriate for chronic low back pain, acute OR even if you're dealing with something that seems unrelated to the low back like urinary incontinence, vulva/groin pain or deep abdominal pain that isn't digestive related (think psoas).
There is a 15 minute version of this class as well.
This is around 38 minutes in length and we spend time in poses that allow the body to actually decompress and "let go" of the tension it's holding in the low back.
It's helpful to have done the breathing class before you do this one, it will greatly help the effectiveness.
You'll need: two blocks, blanket and a strap

Upper Body Release Flow
Join me for 30 minutes of flowy goodness while we open up the neck, chest and side body. This class is mostly low to the ground and then at the end we do a little flow and repeat it 3X so that you can really get a hold of the moves. Enjoy! All you need is a couple blocks!
