Our Final class of the 3 part MINI series within the Hello! series is here! Part 3 is all about activating the pelvic floor and marrying that action with the breath. We explore a sequence of different positions but with the same postures, connecting with our pelvic floor and exploring how the relationship with the engagement changes and has to adapt in various positions. The objective is to be able to give the body "practice" with varying positions just like real life. We want our PF to be able to respond to stimulus automatically when it's supposed to as we navigate the world. This type of work helps cultivate that neurological connection!
All you need is one block and a strap!
