If you are experiencing knee pain, be it an acute flare or something that's been ongoing, this is a great class to place on repeat! All the postures today are supporting the muscles that the knee depends on for stability. The outer hips, inner thighs, pelvic floor and calves all being part of that scenario. So while we focus on the knees, this is a really good full body hatha style class that will leave you feeling strong, long and grounded.
You'll need a yoga strap and a block.
