Upper Back & Neck Release (Hatha)
Stability Creating Yoga

31m
This hatha style yoga class is going to take you through a series of postures that will encourage the body to release tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back. All of which affect our ability to breathe deeply and allow the pelvic floor to work with the upper respiratory diaphragm for proper function. We do some fun new postures in class including a bound triangle, variations of tree pose and we are revisiting that concept of protraction and retraction of the shoulders while in a weight bearing position.
This class can help with tech neck, a forward head posture habit, shoulder tension and the heavienss that comes from carrying the weight of the world in between the shoulder blades. ;)
You'll need a strap, two blocks and a blanket. Enjoy!
