Today we flow through some familiar standing poses - triangle, warrior 2 and challenge ourselves a bit with half moon pose! The idea is to get things moving, circulating and spend a few moments getting centered in our body and breath. You'll need 1-2 blocks but this class can be done with nothing!
NOTE: I didn't mention it in class - when in triangle, center the heel of the front foot with the center of the back food. They call it heel to arch alignment. If this is too wobbly, then open your stance a little and do heel to heel alignment or even more if you need to. The focus here in triangle is to be strong in the legs, lifted in the pelvic floor and contained in the belly!
