Core Rehab : Week 4

This is it! Week 4 of our series, Core Rehab, is here! We spent the last several weeks together focusing our efforts on cultivating a connection, increasing strength and creating awareness of our deep core. At this point, my hope is that you can actually feel the pelvic floor more during engagement and breathing. I hope you were able to pinpoint your TVA and now you have the understanding of how to connect those two together with purpose.
In today's final class, we increased the challenge a bit more like we've been doing each week. If at any point you don't feel like there's enough control, please go back to the previus weeks move for that section and work at building the control there.
For today, you'll need two blocks, chair, strap and a blanket. Enjoy!
