Today we are focusing on the entire circumfrance of the pelvis! This includes (but not limited to) the psoas, transverse abdominus, sides of the hips (glute med & min), the piriformis and glute max as well as the adductors, pelvic floor and low back.
To get the most of our practice, you'll need all the props listed: two balls, two blocks, blanket and strap
