For today's class, you will need your light and medium weights, if you have it a Pilates ball and a block. You can use a chair for balance or you can use the wall. I did not use a weight during my personal deficit lunges during the class today, but you can absolutely hold one weight in the hand of the leg you are working on if you would like to add the extra challenge. If you are just getting into this type of practice, using your bodyweight is absolutely enough!
