15 Min Stability : Subtle Core
Yoga 20

22m
Moving through poses quickly and hardening around engagement takes away the opportunity to connect with the subtleties of movement. In short, we can't feel the little things happening if we don't slow down to pay attention to it. This is especially important with our core work when we are working on creating better pelvic floor health and even more so when we are already dealing with pain or dysfunction.
When you can feel your TVA and Pelvic Floor work together during subtle groundwork, eventually you will feel them engaging in any pose or any time you need to tap into strength off the mat. Think about picking something up, climbing stairs or painting a room in your home. All of which require us to have good function.
All you need today is a pilates ball! Use a block if you don't have one yet!
