15 Minute Pelvic Stability

(class is 23 minutes)
Some people have the notion that they have to do BIG things to get BIG results and I'm here to tell you, that's not always true. In fact, if you don't spend time cultivating the small connections with your pelvic floor, deep core and other pelvic muscles, then the larger movements will not land as efficiently. If the neurological wiring isn't there to engage a muscle fully, then again, the work you do will not land as well.
Slowing down is so vital to this type of work. Doing so will creat connection, awarness and efficiency so when you chose to start adding the big things like running, rugby, HIIT or whatever your little heart desires, you're body will be able to take it ALL in and respond in a much stronger more functional way.
We are doing a really fun little boat pose series in this one but don't worry! we aren't doing full boat - this is a stepping stone to that work!
You'll need two blocks and a blanket
