Everyday Pelvic Stability Flow (28 min)
Yoga 20
•
28m
This is an all levels flow class where we will move through postures that challenge our core, glutes and our ability to move through a posture with fluidity and control. If plank is not an option for you at this point in your practice, then be sure to put your knees down to make it more available! We don't do a lot of them but they will show up here and there.
Arguably, one of the hardest things to do in yoga, in my humble opinion, is to step forward into a lunge position and that's something we do often! So we spend some time here breaking it down and building it up to have a greater understanding of what needs to happen in our body for that movement to be controlled.
You'll need: a blanket, 2 blocks and a strap
