Midday Desk Refresh
Yoga 20
•
21m
This refresh sequence has a little bit of everything that you can do in your office chair at work (or home!) Reset your mind and body as we explore some chest openers to unwind the forward working pattern of being on a computer all day as well as side body openers, some gentle pelvic floor engagement and even some glute stability.
You don't need any props for this but if you can tuck away a block to use at work, that would be a good investment. It can even be a cheap block you get from the discount store because you won't be putting weight on it. If a block is not an option, you can use a book or whatever you can get creative with!
