In today's class, we will move through a flow where we will focus on breathing deeply, create space in the areas that help remove the restrictions of the diaphragm and like always, turn our focus inwards for a beat. Like I always say, when we breathe better, our pelvic floor functions better but also, it helps our nervous system regulate.
