We all know that if there's restriction in any part of the diaphragm, whether it's respiratory or pelvic, that it will affect our breathing and has potential to create pressure in the pelvic floor. So today we focus on opening up the entirety of the diaphragm in some new and fun ways!
You'll need a couple of blocks, a blanket, a strap and if you have one a bolster or some thing similar.
