Week 3 was a fiery practice! It's a little longer but our final week will have less of the connection work in the beginning to cut down on the class time. This week we needed a few extra minutes to expand on what we have been doing!
Each week has gotten gradually more challenging. My hope is that you are revisiting each class at least a 2-4X before moving on to the next one. That way you are laying the groundwork and creating the connection that you need to do the postures safely and mindfully.
You'll need: blanket, chair, blocks and a strap
