Core Rehab Program
In Core Rehab we get really detailed about the core, experience it in action and cultivate a deeper awareness and connection with it as it relates to the pelvic floor. And of course, we start working on creating stability & strength! The TVA (transverse abdominus) and Pelvic Floor make up what I refer to as the Deep Core. They ideally work together, naturally. We also spend ample time in this program deepening our connection with pelvic breath.
