Slowing down isnt' easy. In fact, I'd argue that it's one of the hardest things to do when it comes to working on pelvic health. However, moving quickly and with 100% effort on engagement really disconnects our brain from the subtle things happening in our body. So in Core Rehab, we initially have to slow down a bit to tap into the nuance of smaller sensation like lifting the pelvic floor upon the exhale. From there, we will start to put that skill in motion through movements that support our pelvic floor stability.
