When our diaphragm gets tight & restricted whether from working on a computer, poor posture or uncontrollable events like getting sick with bronchitis it can wreak havoc on a lot of different systems including the pelvic floor. Your respiratory diaphragm is fascially connected to your psoas and your psoas runs down the front body, crosses the frontal hip bones and through the pelvic floor.
