Here is your first stability class of the program and it caters to those who are new to this kind of work OR someone who really wants to get down into the details and create a stronger neurological connection with engagement of pelvic floor, core and glutes. All you need for class is two blocks and if you have a pilates ball - grab that, too! See you on the mat!
