In just 10 minutes we will work the glutes from several perspectives, getting all sides and even doing individual sides so we can know which side may require a few extra reps. While I didn't go into another "set" for the weaker side in this 10 minutes, feel free to add it on at the end or pause the video.
We also did a new'ish move which I refer to as a yogi deadlift. You can use a heavy weight if you want but I recommend trying it with no weight the first time. Feel for the engagement at the bottom of the move and ride that energy back upright.
Enjoy! You'll need: a heavy weight (optional), a 3lb weight and two blocks.
