Couch Myofascial Mini: Glutes, Low & Mid Back
Newly Added!
•
26m
In today's myofascial release class, we are utilizing the couch to give us some leverage for some deeper work with our ball. We will spend time working the top of the glutes and work our way into the outer hips a bit. Then we'll give some TLC to the lower lumbar including the quadratus lumborum and the thick sheath of fascia that covers that entire area will get some much needed "pumping" of the fluids that nourish it and help it function better. I'm not just talking about the blood circulation, I'm referencing the ground substance inside the fascia that helps it glide better.
You'll need two myofascial balls and either your couch or a chair!
