Finding Balance

Today's practice is focused on creating a connection and engaging in the musculature that helps us balance. If you think about it, we balance every single time we pick one foot up off the floor like when we walk, climb a stair or step off a curb. So our pelvis is already being asked to do these things more regularly. If the muscles aren't engaging correctly or are weak, then dysfunction can set in. The pelvis won't remain level, the hips won't be supported which puts a strain on ligaments and compensation in other muscle groups like pelvic floor!
I know you'll love this practice so make sure to add it to your favorites, especially if you're looking for a shorter, all around stability creating pelvic health class.
You'll need two blocks but you can do this class with no props.
