Restorative Release
Newly Added!
•
44m
In today's class, we are spending time really releasing many areas of the body including the glutes, hamstrings, calves, psoas & other hip flexors as well as the abdomen and inner thighs. It's a very well rounded class! You will walk away feeling so much more open and grounded after this one!
I personally did this exact sequence several days ago and it was incredibly helpful (believe it or not) in releasing my mid-back! Now I'm not saying everyone will experience the same results, but it released my SI Joint (glutes and hamstrings are huge contributors to that) and that released the back. It's all connected, as we know!
You'll need: 2 blocks, 2 myofascial balls and one blanket
