Today we are stepping it up a notch. Our postures are growing as is the range of motion. The idea is to keep the integrity of the glutes & pelvic floor firing and the muscles working together throughout the entirety of the movement. This is really going to help the brain connect those dots! Remember, what we do on the mat translates off the mat!
You'll need: blocks, blanket, pilates ball and a theraband
