When we know where things are located in the body it helps our brain connect better with it. If I tell you to think of your right big toe, you know exactly where that is, even without looking. While I don't expect students to memorize the muscles of the pelvic floor (unless you really wanna geek out like I do!) it is really beneficial to at least have a fair idea of how things lay out. So let's get into some basics of the pelvis, pelvic floor and the abdominals!
