When we are walking around with a restrictions in our body then it will start to affect our ability to breathe well. In this class, we dive into poses that will offer us the opportunity to create space in many of the areas that need to be more open to support deep breathing. Shallow or disconnected breathing patterns can create tension in the pelvis. Join me on the mat as we begin to unwind some of these holding patterns!
