(27 min) This class is all about creating space and mobility in the pelvis and surrounding structures. It's a great add on for days you have a more fiery practice or maybe you lifted weights or went on a run. It's also just a beneficial go-to for students who are working at releasing tension in the pelvis whether it's the beginning of the journey or you're a seasoned yogi. When you're dealing with pelvic health, some days need the fire and some days needs the space. This class offers the opportunity for space!
You'll need: a chair, two blocks and a blanket. I used a pilates ball but you can also use a block.
