This class focuses on a new move called the "Crawling Pigeon." There's two ways we can benefit from this movement! Both somatically and in a strengthening way. So we went over both and then ended with a gentle hip opener. This class will help you if you are feeling stuck in the pelvic and just need to offer yourself some time to mobilize.
You'll need: a blanket is useful but you can do it on any surface that feels comfortable to you!
