Recruit the Glutes Companion (15min)
30 Day Challenge, Week Three
•
16m
The companion version of WEEK ONE Recruit the Glutes. In the regular 35 minute class, we take our time, we learn some anatomy and explore. In this class - we do many of the same postures but without the explanations since we already know that going into it.
Remember - this is a reprogramming type of class where we are creating connection between the brain and the booty to know when to fire. We are also creating that same connection with the pelvic floor, adductors and TVA (which we will find in class!) and the internal & external hip rotators. We seriously get a lot done in 15 minutes!
Have a pilates ball and a couple of blocks!
