Hello! Glutes (Yin/Yang)
Connecting to the Glutes

38m
Today's class is focused on glutes. We find them, we stretch them, we activate them! We will even be doing some resistance training for a couple postures where I encourage you to use a heavier weight if you have it. (*see note below*)
You'll need: two blocks, blanket, bolster if you have it and a light and medium weight (If you have it and you're ready to add it to your practice.)
*Side Note: Resistance training needs to be done consistently if you want to build muscle. We did one set of each in this class but I encourage you to do 1-3 sets at least 2-3X a week with a minimum of 2 days of recovery in between. This allows the muscle to repair enough for next time. Everyone's body repairs at a different weight so if you are still feeling sore or fatigued a couple days later, wait an extra day. Always email me with your questions!
