Deepening the Breath Connection
Full Length Classes

1h 6m
Expand it - Zip it - Cinch it! In this class we explored different ways to experience the Pelvic Breath. My hope is that you will start to create that neurological connection with what's happening in the pelvic floor so that you can differenciate between activation and expansion as it recieves the breath.
Ideally, the ultimate goal is for the process of diaphramatic breathing to happen on its own. It is a natural process after all. Also, we want to train the pelvic floor to respond to whatever stimulus we give it. Whether that's softening to allow openness or contracting to support, for example, lifting something or squatting down.
You'll need:
2 blocks
2 blankets
