Today we really got into the nitty gritty details of one of the hip rotators, the obturator internus. Why? Because it actually has a really big role in stabilizing the hips, it's part of the 3rd layer of the pelvic floor and it causes issues for a lot of people. So we explores it's job, really did a lot to bring awareness and gentle strength to it in addition to mobilizing and some lengthening. This class is packed with different variations of external and internal rotation and if you have hip pain, it's so beneficial to incorporate that movement into your practice to help juice up the hip and mobilize it.
