Myofascial Release for Pelvic Health

Today's class is all about supporting the structure of the spine and the musculature around it. This practice clocks in at 41 minutes so plan accordingly! There were just too many things that needed to be sifted through at a slower pace in order to reap the benefits. Rushing myofascial work just doesn't land as efficiently.
We started class with mobility work, some spinal awakening movement alongside some awareness building stability. Then we spent the last part of class releasing the length of the spine and top of glutes with our myofascial balls.
You'll need: two myofascial balls (I recommend tennis balls for this one) and 1 block
