Damage Control for Low Back & SI Joint
Newly Added!
•
38m
This is an extended version of our previous two low back pain classes (one is 15 min and one is 30.) This class is appropriate for whatever reason your low back is hurting whether it's an acute situation where you overdid it OR if you are holding chronic pain in that area.
We will still do a few of the postures from the previous classes because they are too effective not to but we are adding some opening postures for the feet, calves, hamstrings and psoas. This is around 38 minutes in length and we spend time in these poses to allow the body to actually decompress and "let go" of the tension it's holding in the low back.
You'll need: two blocks, blanket and a strap

You will need a blanket and a bolster. (If you...
