Exploring Stability

The reason this class is titled "explore" is because we are going to spend the first part of class "finding" our hip, glute and pelvic floor muscles and then later in class we will implement our discoveries into action with several yoga poses! The idea is to cultivate integrity by knowing which muscles need to engage to support the movement and feel strong in the pose.
You'll need: a strap, resistance loop if you have one, two blocks and we will be doing some glider lunges so either have a hand towel/socks/glider if you have hard floors or grab something that can glide across carpet like a paper plate, parchment paper or of course a glider. I highly recommend investing in gliders if you haven't already because they are a game changer when it comes to integrity and knee support with lunging. Plus, you just feel so much more!
