The adductors, or inner thighs are directly connected to your second layer the pelvic floor. Hint hint, the obturator internus is part of the second layer! They are very intricately connected. If you have a ticked off Obturator, it's a must to address tension in the inner thighs. The second layer also connects from sitz bone to sitz bone and involves the transverse perineum where we often bring our attention to when we lift or expand the pelvic floor.
Often referred to as the "Highway to the Pelvic Floor" the adductors play a big role when it comes to our pelvic health. So today we bring our attention to this space and we focus all our efforts on creating less restriction and more space to these tissues.
You'll need: tennis ball, block and foam roller
