Let's go over some details on what to expect in Restore Your Pelvic Floor! One thing I forgot to mention is the props you'll need for classes. I tried to make things as easy as possible for students just getting into this whole yoga "thang!" So you'll only need 2 yoga blocks and a yoga strap. Other than that, we will utilize things around the house like chairs and pillows.
