Glute Connection Hatha
February Schedule: Week One
•
38m
As we age, our glutes tend to get lazy. They forget they are supposed to engage upon extension, help when squatting or bending over to pick something up or even getting up out of a chair. So then other muscles have to start compensating including pelvic floor. I have an entire program dedicated to helping you piece this together but we added the concept to this hatha class. First we warmed up the body, then we created awareness around engaging the glutes in extension then we got to apply that new fresh connection to a simple stability flow.
You'll need: a blanket and a chair
