Balance Flow (Stability)
Slow Flow

34m
Balancing requires a lot of muscle engagement and inner focus whether it's on the sit bones, hands and knees or on one foot. Today we will spend time connecting to these muscles that need to support us in the poses and bonus, it also brings stability to them when we are off the mat! This class offers plenty of time to create space and plenty of opportunity to explore balance & stability.
One of the "side effects" of balancing is that it's also very grounding. If you're overwhelmed, stressed, feeling anxious - you'll have a hard time keeping a grip on that when you're so focused on what's happening on an internal, physical level.
You'll need: yoga strap, blanket and two blocks
