No matter what you do in life, starting with a solid foundation is critical to the stability of the structure or task at hand. In this class, we bring our focus to the opposing nature of rooting down and through that, being able to expand, grow and bloom in the opposite direction. We do a lot of thoracic mobility (think mid back between the shoulder blades) and explore that in different positions with different anchor points. It was a fun class to teach and I know you'll love it!
