Yoga For Creating Space & Mobility

This class is Part 2 in our little mini series within our Hello! series! This class, plain and simple, felt luxurious and so nourishing. Yes, it addresses a tight pelvic floor and gives us the opportunity to connect and release that area, but it also brings space to the hips, inner thighs, the upper back and we end in an inversion that is incredibly grounding. I walked away feeling so much more freedom in my body just teaching it and I know you will, too!
You'll need: 1 block, 2 myofascial balls and a blanket or big beach towel. Also- if you have a foam roller, grab it!
