Today we are building strength for the whole body! The layout of this class is a little different from our usual sessions. We start with a warmup, work our way through 6 different moves / repeat with some modifications and then a short cool down at the end. (we also had visitors at the end!)
You'll need: a set of light bicep weights (I used 8's), a light 3lb weight if you'd like it for your clam shells, a mat & blanket
