We are focusing on the upper body today yogis! We will hit up the side of the ribs, the pectoralis muscles at the top of the chest in addition to the neck, shoulders and upper back. It's a lot but we will take our time and you will feel amazing when you are open. Pay attention to how this work affects your breathing as well! If you are short on time, you can skip the warm up in the beginning but note, warming up the body sets the tone for the rest of our practive so don't skip if you don't have to!
You'll Need: two blocks and two tennis balls
