Office Chair Yoga Flow
November Schedule: Week Two
•
18m
If you are looking for a quick little 19 minute practice that is gonna raise the heat a bit and get things moving and groovin' then look no further. This might be short, but it's going to offer you plenty of opportunity for engagement, turning inward and deepening the breath connection. We don't do a lot of reps in each posture so I'm really going to invite you to drop right in and feel the power of focusing.
PS -> We did a modified boat pose on the chair. Both legs in the video are off the floor as I'm demonstrating but you can keep one leg down and just lift it when it comes time to extend the leg. Step by step: lean back on sitz bones -> draw left knee into the chest -> extend the right leg forward to activate the hip flexors and deep core. You can also lean back into the chair back for more support.
All you need is a chair!

This class is appropriate for chronic low back pain, acu...
