Hey Yogis! Triangle pose, or Trikonasana, is a very common pose in yoga. It's also very commonly done without good form which can put unnecessary stress on the lumbar spine and pelvis. So for today's class, we prepped the body with poses that utilize the muscles we need during triangle and then spent some time at the end coming into the pose itself.
NOTE - class itself is about 35 minutes long - there is an optional savasana at the end. I highly recommend staying for it if you have time because it's INCREDIBLE for stress and the nervous system.
You'll need: a block, chair, strap and a ball of some sort for rolling out the feet
