Many of my students are "going through it" in one way or another whether it's chronic or episodic. When I designed this flow, I had students in mind who may just feel uncomfortable in their bodies right now. Inflammation, flare-ups, injuries and chronic conditions still need movement to get past them but we can do that in a mindful and easful way. That's what this flow is. It's not that it's minus any engagment or even opportunity for challenge... it depends on how you approach the flow from your own practice's perspective... but we do it in a way to deepen the breath, relax the nervous system and gently bring mobility and fluidity back to the body.
I hope you enjoy doing this class as much as I did sharing it with you! I try to keep these classes at 30 minutes but when you are holding some poses for time... sometimes you need an extra 10!
You'll need: chair, blanket and two blocks at the end
