You cannot exercise your way out of a tight muscle! So if you know that your pelvic floor is in a state of tension right now, doing work to open that up and open the surrounding structures is going to help any stability or strength practice you do actually land. This is the perfect type of class to do if you're currently in pain, in some sort of episode or if you are new to pelvic yoga. I personally incorporate this type of work in daily!
You will need two blocks and a blanket!
