We understand that when there is restriction, it causes dysfunction. Bladder health is no different. When everything else has been rules out, like infections or TRUE interstitial cystitis, it might be time to make an appt with a Pelvic PT and have an evaluation done to see if it's something physical. And if you don't have the ability to do that, then yoga can offer us some exploratory work to find out for ourselves.
