A shortened version of our beginner series back to basics! This class covers some basic concepts to know and understand when you are starting your pelvic health journey. While it still has a few of the same poses that we do in the longer classes, this one does have a fun twist!
All you need is a strap and either a skinny pillow or a blanket.
